RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

No refund shall be given on any returned item. Only exchanges or credit toward another purchase is allowed, subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

A. All requests for exchanges or credit toward another purchase must be made withing 30days from the date of the original invoice.

B. There will be no exchange or credit on electrical merchandise, special orders, specialized, or personalized items.

C. The original receipt must be presented at the time of credit or exchange.

D. A restocking fee of 30% will be charged on all exchanged and credited merchandise or cancelled orders.

E. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

F. Parts may not be returned if modified, painted, or used.

G. Wheels or tires which have been mounted may not be returned.
